FARM SHARE PROGRAM
Farm Share, Farm Box, CSA, Community Supported Agriculture – whatever you call it – it all comes down to supporting your local farmer when they need it most. This program allows members to purchase a share of our farm at the beginning of our growing season, and then pick up their share of our harvest throughout the spring, summer, and fall. The Farm Share program provides us working capital at the beginning of the season when it is most needed. Similar to a CSA, the Farm Share program strengthens the relationship between the farm and our market customers. By purchasing a Farm Share, you are awarded a discount, and the freedom to buy exactly what you need - when you need it! Membership also includes a weekly newsletter with recipes, farm updates and information on specials. Help support our farm and have the flexibility to choose the items you want, when you want them!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
In our Farm Share program, customers pre-pay for a set amount of credit at a discounted price. After you purchase your credit, simply shop as you normally would; we’ll keep track of your balance and advise you of it at each visit. You can use your Farm Share credit to purchase any veggies, fruit, herbs, or flowers we have for sale at our farm, or at any of our market booths. Once you spend your share down, you can easily purchase another credit right there, or on our website! Easy-peasy!

WHY A FARM SHARE?
When considering starting a CSA box program, we decided being a CSA member is not for everyone- summer plans, busy lifestyles don't always make that time of commitment reasonable for our customers. Even moreso, we didn’t want to pick out your produce for you! A farm share is a great alternative. By providing you with an innovated way to purchase your produce up front and get more value for your dollar! Also, it is a great way to support your farmers. Doing so helps us buy the seeds, equipment, and other things we need to grow the highest quality, most delicious Certified Organic produce and beautiful blooms for you.

SEASON LENGTH
Farm Shares will be redeemable during the 2024 season, from late April through October. Your Farm Share funds will be available for use during the entire year, but they expire at the end of the year. You will not be able to carry your balance over to the next year. If you have a balance at the end of the season, we recommend you stock up on veggies and store them for winter eating! We ask that if you want large quantities of any produce you please request ahead of time.

PRODUCTS
Your credit may be used to purchase annual, perennial, vegetable and herb seedlings, fresh cut flower bouquets, Canned Products and Fresh Certified Organic Produce (Beans, Beets, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Eggplant, Garlic, Greens, Herbs, Kale, Lettuce, Peppers, Potatoes, Radishes, Salad Mix, Scallions, Summer Squash, Tomatoes, Winter Squash).
